Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of Order

• For all orders regarding flowers / plants / goods placed by fax/e-mail/online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
• For orders within 24 hours, please call us or visit our shops directly.
• For all orders regarding venue decoration, garden / landscape design and projects, please sign with company chop, and fax it to 2868-5082 as for your confirmation and our commencement of this order.
• Prices are subject to revision should any final specification deviate from the aforestated.
• Price of flowers and plants amy vary in peak season, such as Valentine's day, Mother's day etc. Please kindly call our customer service executive if you would like more details.

Payment Terms

For flowers / plants / goods

• Order must be fully paid after confirmation.
• Payment can be made in cash, EPS and credit cards (VISA / Master / American Express / Diners Club), Credit card transactions can also be made through telephone.
• Please pay within credit terms in Hong Kong dollars.

For venue decoration, garden / landscape design or other projects

• Upon confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the quotation is required 30 days before the project start date, the remaining 50% must be settled seven days before the project start date.
• All deposits paid are non-refundable.
• Payment can be made in cash, EPS and credit cards (VISA / Master / American Express / Diners Club), Credit card transactions can also be made through telephone; or a crossed cheque payable to "Anglo Chinese Florist Ltd", can be sent to Shop 2C, G/F Fung SHing Building, 168 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong.
• Please pay within credit terms in Hong Kong dollars.

Delivery / Handling Charges

For flowers / plants / goods

• Delivery service within Hong Kong is available for orders of HKD500 or above
• Delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 19:00. There will be additional charges for delivery before 09:00 or after 19:00. Also. For any specific time, we will have designated time surcharge, $300. For further detail, please feel free to discuss with our sales.
• Delivery service will be provided if the payment is completely settled.
• Please provide us with the contact number of the recipients so that we can contact him / her in case of incomplete or incorrect delivery details.
• Express delivery refers to same day delivery at specific hours. Express delivery service will be subjected to a surcharge of HK300.
• For overseas orders, HKD150 will be charged as handling fee for each order.
• While we try to accommodate delivery time request, please kindly understand that it may be subject to traffic situations.
• Once typhoon signal 8 or "Black Storm (Rain)" is hoisted, delivery service will stop. We will re-deliver your order. The delivery time will be notified as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to impose an additional delivery charge for re-delivery arrangement and if we have to make additional attempts sue to incorrect or incomplete delivery particulars.
• Please note that delivery charge may change in peak season or during non office house or public holidays.

Change / Cancellation of order

For flowers / plants / goods

• No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-refundable.
• If you wish to change your order, a notification of 1 business day is required for flowers /plants/goods.
• Cancellation fee: 100% of entitled payment. The condition is effective once the contract is signed.

For venue decoration, garden / landscape design or other projects

• No cancellation of order is accepted and all deposit paid is non-refundable.
• If you wish to change your order, a one-month notice is required for wedding or other event decorations or unless agreed in writing at the time the order is placed.
• Cancellation fee: 100% of entitled payment. The condition is effective once the contract is signed.

Overdue Bills

• If you fail to pay any amount to us when due, we may incur legal, collection or other expenses in recovering the amount from you and you will be liable for all reasonable cost and expenses reasonably incurred by us.
• A delinquency charge of 5% per month will be made on any account outstanding for more than 30 days from the date of invoice or the expiry of the credit term unless otherwise expressly agreed in contract.

Seasonal Availablity

• Due to seasonal and regional availability, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control, not all products shown in the catalogue or website are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
• As flowers and plants are natural products, colours and shapes may vary from that shown in the catalogue or website.
• Products in the catalogue are not in scale, in terms of product dimensions, please check with our staff.

Anglo Chinese Florist Limited reserves the right to adjust the prices and these conditions of sales at any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Anglo Chinese Florist Limited shall remain final.
