Delivery & Charges

Available for orders of products and services HKD500 or above, fully paid and confirmed orders only. No service for outer islands and car restricted zones in HK. All special requests on delivery is subject to availability and final confirmation by our sales team.

 

Delivery Time

Mon-Sun 9am- 7pm. Standard time slot is 9am- 1pm, 2pm- 7pm, with a minimum 3-hour delivery time range (e.g. 2pm- 5pm).

 

Same Day / Express Delivery

We can deliver with as little as 2-hour notice depending on location and flower type. The more flexibility you allow us the more likely we can deliver quicker (e.g. A red rose bouquet or a colorful mix flower birthday bouquet is more likely to be ready for short notice than a bouquet with product code based on catalog). Please call or WhatsApp +852 6222 2692 to place such urgent order, subject to delivery schedule on the day, and delivery charge may be higher due to short notice.

 

Special Time Request

We can provide delivery before 9am, after 7pm, or specific 1-hour time range, at extra charge of $300 up, subject to availability. We will confirm charges with you after placing the order, or you can contact our sales team to discuss before placing order.

Walking/ Stairs for Delivery

Standard charge for walking stairs is $50/floor. We must be notified in advance, upon order!

For village house or old buildings without lifts, or if items cannot be fit into lifts, or need walking stairs inside houses/ villas, or to location where our truck cannot access to the door.

We need to pre-arrange enough people and time for walking stairs to avoid delay in delivery schedule. Please be considerate for other customers who will also be waiting for our delivery. Otherwise we may need to reschedule your delivery and charge for redelivery, or the charge a double rate for walking due to delays and rescheduling we need to arrange last minute.

Typhoon Signal 8 & up or "Black Storm (Rain)"

Delivery service will stop during these signals. We will re-deliver your order asap if you have not prearranged with us before the signal is hoisted. The delivery time will be notified as soon as possible when we resume delivery within 2 hours of changing signals. Order is not refundable or exchangeable due to weather delays.

 

Recipient Contact

We must have correct contact number in case of security checks at recipients address and to handle other delivery issue.

 

Redelivery

Additional delivery charge for re-delivery arrangement is $100 &up, depending on location and delivery charge during that period.

Redelivery will be treated as a new urgent delivery placed upon confirming redelivery details, so time of redelivery will be subject to delivery schedule on the day.

For recipient not reachable we will try to leave the flowers / gifts at the gate or reception of the recipient's address without prior notice, the delivery will be considered as a completed order. If recipient refuse flowers, inaccurate or incomplete data provided (lack of or incorrect recipient tel. address, delivery date, recipient name, etc.), our staff will contact you for rearrangement.

We will not be responsible for any decreased product quality due to a redelivery. We cannot be responsible for delays and redelivery costs due to insufficient/ incorrect details provided.

We may have to replace and remake your order before redelivery to ensure freshness and quality of gifts to recipient. We will notify you if such replacement order is necessary, and will give you 25% off on the replacement order.

If you decide redelivery is not needed, you may also pick up the gifts at our store location, but the full price of the original order will still be payable.

 

Delivery in Person

We will try to deliver in person but please note it is not always possible and we will leave the gifts at reception, at gate, or at the security or the neighbor of provided address without prior notice. Delivery will be considered completed.

Especially for deliveries to large business organizations, hospitals, universities, restaurant bookings or residential area with high security, it may be a necessary to leave flowers in the reception. After our delivery, it is their responsibility to ensure that the flowers are received by the recipient.

We may call recipient in advance if delivery is to a residential address. This is for smooth delivery to recipient so we can increase the chance of delivery in person.  

 

Peak Season Charges

Please note that delivery charge may change in peak season, such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.
