No cancellation of order is accepted. All products, services or deposit paid, are non-refundable.
If you wish to change your delivery date or product details, a notification of 3 working day (Mon-Fri) is required for flowers/ plants/ goods, subject to final confirmation by us. Extra charges and transaction fees may apply.
Some tailored items may not be changed as it is already pre-ordered for you or in process of production.
If customer change to items of smaller value, we will provide credit or cash coupons valid for 6 months. The amount will be credited in 10 working days. Any transaction fees and admin charges related to changing amount to be charged will be borne by customer (e.g. 2.5% of original transaction value, or $50, whichever higher).
For projects including weddings, landscape and venue decorations, if not stated in signed documents, minimum one-month notice is required. Some tailored items may not be changed as it is already pre-ordered for you or in process of production. Please follow signed contract terms if it state otherwise.
Delay caused by natural causes such as typhoons will not be refunded or exchanged. No refund or credit will be offered for products and services rejected by recipients.
Replacement or Exchange
Live products, Tailor-made items, displayed items, defective items,discounted items, promotional items, breakable items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded at any time.
Exchange available for other dried goods and home decorations. You must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods to you specifying the reasons, including a receipt, for damaged at the time of delivery or faulty due to no fault on your part: or incorrectly shipped because of an error on our part.

Requests for exchanges received by us outside this time frame or for other reasons may be accepted at our discretion only.
Message Card Amendments
There will be $30 charge per amendment or format modification. If order is already dispatched from our store, we will not be able to amend card.
